President Akuffo-Addo appoints Perry Okudzeto as the new deputy Sports Minister


His Excellency, Nana Akufo-Addo has appointed Perry Curtis Okudzeto as the new deputy Minister of Youth and Sports.

Hon. Perry who was previously the deputy minister for information has been replaced by Hon. Pius Enam Hadzide following a Ministerial reshuffle by the President of Ghana.

Hon. Perry Okudzeto will be working under Isaac Asiamah who still maintains his position as the Minister of Sports.

He has the undaunting task to help Isaac Asiamah resolve the latest football crises in the country.

Meanwhile, former deputy Sports Minister Pius Enam Hadzide will now occupy be serving as the deputy information minister, a position previously being occupied by Hon Kojo Oppong Nkrumah.

Hon. Enam Hadzide was alleged to have been involved in a visa scandal during Ghana’s participation at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast( Australia) which saw several supposed Ghanaian journalist being deported.
