Born as Theophilus Kwaku Kwakye Sarpong and raised in the infamous Ashongman Estate neighborhood, Kwachie Adie is a Ghanaian top notch and award‐winning (Aggrey Memorial best rapper 2009) with just three (9) mixtapes to his credit (Streets I Run, Ambidextrous, Science and Wanders) just to mention a few yet has entrenched his impervious personality in the annals of the music industry as the most sought after.
Kwachie Adie started to rap at the age of 14 by then was known as Xprez 1 Jewel with a profound dream of changing the music game and making his presence felt worldwide in the coming years, he has worked with the likes of KiDi, Epixode, A.I & Bra Kevin but in 2016.
As a trend setting and inventive rapper, Kwachie Adie began his instrumental career as an underdog rapper‐ who through years of maturity has earned a novelty in the rap game in Ghana and beyond.
He changed his name to Kwachie Adie. He is a HipHop/HipHall/Afro Pop/BapTrap rapper who mixes different dialects in his music especially English, Pidgin and Twi.
An alumni of the University Of Ghana he studied Information studies. In (2017) he has released songs, “Bla Bla Bla”, “Grade Gospel” “Holiday” “So U Dey” and “Don’t Like Me”.
He is currently on his “Help” album tour, the album which consists of 15 songs was released 1st May 2018 and sold 4000 copies in 6 months across Ghana and he just released the first music video off the album titled “IBRAH”.
